Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain quality systems for the Enhancers area to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal, local, and Kraft Heinz requirements.
  • •Identify trends and root causes impacting FSQ KPI metrics and implement initiatives to improve performance.
  • •Plan, direct, and support the site auditing control program; participate in Golden Rule, KHMS, external, and customer audits and support corrective actions.
  • •Supervise and mentor a team of three Quality Technicians; train the Enhancers Production team on best practices to meet FSQ goals.
  • •Support HACCP plan verifications/re-validations, manage hold/release for Enhancers products, and provide quality/sanitation support for commercialization projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a quality and/or technical leadership role, or at least 2 years of experience in operations/quality/technical (R&D).
