Own the end-to-end credit and lending servicing journey, ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting regulatory requirements. Manage BCO tasks against agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs; combine client relationship management with strong credit risk assessment to protect credit quality and risk-adjusted returns. Drive productivity improvements and adopt technology and customer experience initiatives aligned to a global C&L operating model. Act as first line of defence and maintain internal control standards, audit follow-ups, and risk MI.
