Job Summary

Lead and grow Fever’s strategic partnerships by managing top partners and their events across multiple verticals, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely execution, data-driven performance, and continuous relationship expansion. You’ll mentor Project Managers, drive KPI-based improvements, and translate partner feedback into product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.
•Oversee the lifecycle of each partner event and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and timely execution, tracking progress.
•Forge strategic relationships with partners by understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions.
•Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies, and preparing reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
•Grow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
