Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and provide daily support/mentorship to technicians and specialists responsible for satellite production (e.g., precision machining, wire harnessing, and build & assembly).
  • •Plan, schedule, and assign work; assess completed work.
  • •Maintain manufacturing lines, mechanical GSE, and HASS chambers, including coordination and execution of preventative maintenance plans.
  • •Coordinate with engineers to plan, resource, and execute integration and test operations while balancing competing priorities.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality, safety, COMSEC, and other SpaceX standards; keep accurate documentation and monitor/approve timekeeping records.
