Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope automation stories and workflows based on customer requirements, identifying blockers and needed research areas.
  • •Design, build, and deploy production-ready automation stories in customer Tines tenants by connecting tools via APIs.
  • •Analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to establish an automation roadmap and determine what is suitable for automation workflows.
  • •Partner with Engagement Management and Project/Customer Success teams to verify and validate project plans, timelines, and services.
  • •Demonstrate and optimize stories/workflows with customers (including wire-framing live calls), provide guidance on test plans, and support long-term maintenance success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or similar automation solutions.
  • •Strong customer-facing skills with experience in a consultancy role as a trusted advisor.
  • •Experience interpreting and applying API documentation and working with API authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
  • •Ability to design AI/automation workflows, including prompt design for reliable, accurate outputs.
  • •Experience troubleshooting APIs to connect security/IT tools and translating platform capabilities into customer use cases.
