Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and guide German clients on data privacy matters including GDPR compliance, AI ethics, and information/document management
  • •Draft and review legal documents and represent Allianz with supervisory authorities
  • •Conduct compliance audits and provide training on data protection best practices
  • •Communicate complex legal concepts clearly in German and English to stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with the German Advisory Team to support privacy initiatives across Allianz’s activities

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of professional work experience in a relevant function / Consulting / Project Management
  • •Strong academic track record with relevant studies, ideally in Law
  • •Solid understanding and expertise with complex regulatory framework/requirements in terms of Data Protection (GDPR)
  • •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint Online and Document Management Systems (DMS); ideally experience with OneTrust
  • •Mature Project Management skills and fluency in German and English (minimum C2)
