  • •Own the end-to-end program calendar, from cohort design through facilitation and follow-up.
  • •Partner with global/regional talent and HR leaders to govern and implement accelerated development programs; determine build/buy/borrow/retire.
  • •Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks, measure impact, and present findings to senior HR and business leadership; continually scan for external best practices.
