Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the MarTech data and platform engineering technology roadmap and platform architecture evolution.
  • •Lead engineering teams delivering scalable pipelines for customer profiles, audience activation, campaign execution, personalization, and measurement.
  • •Oversee customer data management and activation services across CDP/AEP, Snowflake, and activation platforms, including identity resolution and journey orchestration.
  • •Establish governance processes for platform configuration, integrations, and data quality; manage MarTech vendor relationships and rationalization efforts.
  • •Provide engineering leadership by developing teams, setting KPIs/OKRs, driving reliability/observability, and ensuring compliance-first engineering practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, including 8 years of IT software engineering experience and at least 2 years of management experience.

  • •Expertise in software architecture, development lifecycle, and technology strategy.
  • •Developing expertise in platform engineering and modern software engineering practices.
