Key Responsibilities

•Continuously improve IT infrastructure, including endpoint management (Jamf), identity services (Okta), SaaS integrations, and zero-trust network access controls (Zscaler).
•Design, implement, and maintain automation to streamline RBAC, automated user provisioning (including Paylocity sync), and entitlement reviews.
•Execute IT operations projects end-to-end, including MDM policy deployment, SaaS license consolidation, and automated access review programs.
•Partner with InfoSec to manage secure authentication architectures (SAML, SCIM, JIT, OAuth) and audit SaaS access control policies with least-privilege principles.
•Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including AWS VDI workspaces and SCIM bridges hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or systems engineering with hands-on enterprise cloud administration.
•Okta Certified Professional or Administrator designation with advanced Okta administration (SSO, MFA, profile mastering, attribute mapping) and directory integrations.
•Strong working knowledge of macOS and Jamf MDM fleet management at scale, including configuration profiles, software deployment, and compliance enforcement.
•Experience building automation and integrations using Python/Bash and tools like Okta Workflows or Zapier/platform APIs.
•Active interest or hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve troubleshooting and administrative efficiency.
