Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal), manage licensing compliance, enforce security protocols, and administer user access and provisioning.
  • •Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure and connectivity across office and field sites, including firewall maintenance, performance monitoring, and laptop/tablet provisioning.
  • •Implement and test automated backup/recovery, maintain incident logs, develop disaster recovery protocols, and act as chief ODPC data protection officer.
  • •Serve as first-line technical support, lead high-level troubleshooting, oversee the incident log, and provide monthly reporting on system health and support trends.
  • •Support digital transformation by implementing local requirements for global system overhauls, testing/improving field data capture tools, and automating dashboards and integrations (HMIS/eCHIS).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive IT experience with a track record in software engineering, network infrastructure, or overseeing complex data systems.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of network security, protocols, and industry best practices to maintain a stable and secure environment.
  • •Advanced experience administering Google Workspace (G Suite), including user permissions and related platforms (e.g., Slack, HRIS, payroll).
  • •Strong experience providing technical assistance to a wide range of users, from frontline staff to executive leadership.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and proactively, translating complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.
