Job Summary

Provide technical support to achieve engineering and quality excellence for full/partial aircraft engine overhaul workscopes under the Fleet Management Program. Review engineering data and Modification Service Bulletins, analyze out-of-manual conditions, and develop repair/overhaul solutions. Coordinate with engine OEMs, airline customers, and aviation authorities for documentation and reporting, communicate approvals via eCARS, and support continuous improvement and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to achieve engineering and quality excellence.
•Review and provide engine workscope instructions for compliance with engineering data during engine shop visits under the Fleet Management Program.
•Review Modification Service Bulletins (SB) and provide timely information to the shop when applicable.
•Analyze out-of-manual conditions and propose engineering solutions related to engine part repair and overhaul processes.
•Coordinate with engine OEMs, airline customers, and aviation authorities for engine condition documentation and reporting, including communicating approvals via eCARS.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
•Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace MRO setting (preferred, fresh graduates welcome).
•Able to interpret technical data, drawings, and engine manuals (SB, SPM, EM, CIR).
•Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint).
•Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
