Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft realistic schedules and manage project lifecycle activities, including partner matrix and risk/issue/change follow-ups.
  • •Track, analyze, and report weekly on plans, status, and progress to management, the team, and other collaborators, driving corrective actions when required.
  • •Collaborate on requirements definition, problem resolution, team decisions, and project planning with the project management office and engineering community.
  • •Follow up with program managers on compliance with processes and tools.
  • •Train program managers to onboard schedules in MS Project Server and help build more automated data gathering and reporting using data visualization tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 67,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Canada-based university in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge or experience in program/project management, including schedules and project lifecycle concepts.
  • •Experience with MS Office—especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros), PowerPoint, Word—and MS Project.
  • •Data analysis and data systems concepts, including basic statistical and visual analysis, relational databases, and SQL.
  • •Python development for process automation and familiarity with JIRA (AI/ML specialization is an asset).
