Key Responsibilities

  • •Support schedule and cost control by reviewing contractors’ work programs and monitoring activities against approved plans.
  • •Review contractors’ submittals during pre-construction (e.g., staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans).
  • •Assist in development and monitoring of project risk management plans, including identifying risks and contingency plans.
  • •Investigate reasons for delays, recommend corrective measures, and monitor contractors’ daily activities and resource allocation against the plan.
  • •Track versions of drawings and specifications and support preparation/issuance of take-over and closeout documents as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry in a top tier regional/multinational consultancy firm.
  • •Experience utilizing construction management and planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera).
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
