Materials Engineer, AI Satellites (Starmind)

Own the end-to-end materials lifecycle for satellite and compute hardware powering on-orbit AI inference. Develop high-reliability microelectronics packaging, cooling and radiator hardware, and drive materials specification, validation, process development, and failure analysis. Build material supply chains and acceptance criteria, define thermal test approaches, and integrate simulation with experimental data. Partner across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and supply chain teams to deliver high-performance hardware to production roadmaps.
