•Lead all Production Department activities including production operations, safety, quality, and maintenance of equipment.
•Direct, manage, and train production staff to ensure cost effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and KPI performance.
•Evaluate and improve employee performance through feedback and additional training; foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Plan and review production orders/schedules to meet customer deadlines and product specifications; reduce waste and increase throughput using lean manufacturing principles.
•Maintain safe working conditions, ensure OHSE compliance and incident reporting/corrective actions, and oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
