Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain Supplier Quality Management Systems including program/policy documents, supplier document control, onboarding, audit management, CAPA, COA, and technical specifications.
  • •Develop and monitor supplier food safety and quality KPIs (audit results, complaints, non-conformances, documentation, CAPA) and report trends to leadership.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across 8 distribution centers to standardize food safety and quality practices and identify opportunities for automation and digital quality systems.
  • •Partner with Procurement, Operations, and other departments to embed supplier food safety and quality requirements throughout the business.
  • •Support customer and regulatory inspections and cultivate a customer-centric quality culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or Food Manufacturing.
  • •2+ years in specification management, document control, and root cause/corrective action.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems, food safety regulations, HACCP, SQF, and GMPs.
  • •Advanced use of Google apps (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Tableau; in-depth knowledge of TraceGains or similar systems.
