Serve as a technical bridge between 42dot’s Pleos Playground and 3rd-party app developers, owning partner apps end-to-end from SDK/API onboarding through validation and market launch. Lead troubleshooting for validation failures using actionable logs and root-cause analysis, coordinate as a technical SPOC across partners and internal teams (including Hyundai Motor Group), and enforce safety/security/privacy developer guidelines for in-vehicle deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide 3rd-party developers through SDK integration, API usage, and the developer portal (Playground Console) to drive developer success.
•Analyze app validation failures from internal validation teams or external QA partners, provide actionable logs/context, and lead root-cause analysis.
•Act as a technical SPOC among external developers, internal 42dot platform teams, and Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) quality/infotainment divisions to mediate technical discrepancies.
•Enforce adherence to Pleos developer guidelines, including Driver Distraction/HMI rules, mission-critical vehicle system impacts, and security/privacy policies.
•Provide hands-on support to help 3rd-party apps pass OEM in-vehicle testing and complete final market launch processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, TPM, or Partner Technical Support (Solutions Engineering / TAM).
•Strong understanding of Android or Linux-based platforms and architectures, with effective technical communication.
•Extensive experience managing API/SDK lifecycles or collaborating technically with external partners.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using objective metrics and system log analysis.
•High EQ and communication skills to align engineering and business stakeholders during complex technical conflicts.
