Key Responsibilities

  • •Talk to customers throughout the day via Teams, video, and phone calls to understand needs and priorities.
  • •Listen to customer needs and develop a plan based on highest priority items.
  • •Ship code to execute the plan and deploy new code into production multiple times per day.
  • •Collaborate with founders and early employees to build and scale a category-defining product.
  • •Lead in-day activities with a focus on customer impact and contribute to shaping the company’s vision and culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in full-stack engineering in a fast-paced startup environment
  • •A CS degree from a top university
  • •Significant experience at venture-backed startups and/or big tech companies
  • •Strong product sense and high degree of ownership/autonomy
  • •Demonstrated experience in growing, building, and scaling the codebase of high-growth startups
