Key Responsibilities

  • •Beheren van een internationale klantenportefeuille en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over verzekeringen voor werken, studeren of reizen in het buitenland.
  • •Analyseren van klantvragen en vertalen naar passende, duidelijke verzekeringsoplossingen voor expats en zakenreizigers.
  • •Onderhouden van contact met klanten en partners wereldwijd, afgestemd op diverse culturen en situaties.
  • •Snel schakelen bij nieuwe informatie of onverwachte gebeurtenissen en zelfstandig dossiers en projecten oppakken in een dynamische internationale omgeving.
  • •Samenwerken met collega-specialisten uit de afdeling IPM om klanten snel en volledig te helpen.
