Job Summary

Operate and maintain energy-related assets within a central utility complex, performing safe startup/shutdown, routine inspections, and preventive and predictive maintenance. Respond to abnormalities and investigate incidents to provide analyses and recommendations. Maintain accurate shift operating logs and complete plant switching and tagging. Coordinate pre-job briefs and contractor/visitor safety orientations while supporting the site safety team under Plant Management or a Lead O&M Technician.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform station shift operation and maintenance, including startup and shutdown of main plant components and auxiliaries.
•Operate in accordance with established SOPs and job safety standards; respond to abnormalities with corrective actions.
•Conduct routine plant tours and mechanical inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
•Maintain accurate shift operating logs and administrative records (Plantlog, timesheets, work orders).
•Support safety activities including contractor/visitor safety orientations, pre-job briefs, and participation in the site safety team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48.94 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
•Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
•Ability to read and write effectively in English and perform basic mathematics.
•4+ years’ experience in operation and maintenance of industrial equipment such as centrifugal chillers, compressed air, boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment.
