Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Development project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) integrity with logically linked, fully resourced activities, events, and milestones.
  • •Evaluate IMS critical path, schedule risk, and variances to support planning and reporting.
  • •Progress project plans and databases regularly, providing performance metrics and Estimated Cost to Complete (ETC) for financial reporting and programme review.
  • •Incorporate contractual and programme changes into the IMS baseline and guide the Integrated Project Team on EVMS usage.
  • •Monitor programme timesheet bookings and facilitate Programme Risk Review Boards by analyzing and reporting risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions.
