Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lifecycle management for operating systems, server hardware, and software applications, including configuration, updates, and upgrades.
  • •Manage and maintain file servers, server infrastructure (including virtualization/hypervisors), network devices, UPS units, and endpoint systems.
  • •Optimize wireless infrastructure including access points/controllers, monitoring, security configurations, coverage planning, and performance tuning.
  • •Develop, manage, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery plans for data integrity, availability, and continuity.
  • •Provide tiered technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while monitoring performance/availability and escalating complex incidents as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
  • •Experience with Cisco equipment (CCNA certification would be ideal).

  • •Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and familiarity with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud monitoring and management.
