Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve manufacturing processes to support on-time, lowest-cost hardware delivery with reliability and performance.
  • •Support production floor operations and Continuous Improvement efforts, including Defect Prevention Team support and MDP readiness.
  • •Implement improvements that reduce cycle time and cost while maintaining manufacturing safety and product quality.
  • •Participate in proposal capture, process development, transition to production, and production support across program phases.
  • •Investigate and drive resolution of production problems using root cause and corrective action support, interfacing with suppliers and other value streams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
