•Manage and grow existing merchant relationships in the SMB vertical through upselling, cross-selling, and deeper engagement.

•Achieve revenue targets through retention, account expansion, and additional business from existing merchants.
•Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues to sustain strong relationships.
