Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Inventory Control Department, setting goals, objectives, and deadlines
  • •Ensure process compliance with warehouse staff and oversee material classification (Obsolete, Excess, POU)
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy at least 98% using physical counts and ERP system reconciliation
  • •Own the cycle count process, including daily schedules, reconciliation, and coordination of inventory counts and yearly audits
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and create/maintain standard work for material flow

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered
  • •Prior leadership/supervisory experience and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
