Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver high-quality dashboards and analytical products using Power BI, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into insights.
  • •Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, performant, and aligned with standardized definitions and metrics.
  • •Support Lead Data Engineer with developing and maintaining Databricks data pipelines and transformations.
  • •Write and optimize SQL and Python-based transformations to produce curated, analytics-ready datasets.
  • •Assist with data integration, quality checks, validation, and contribute to analytical data models and semantic layers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience across BI, analytics, or data engineering roles, with hands-on dashboard development and data preparation.
  • •Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
  • •Working experience with Python for data transformation or automation.
  • •Experience developing dashboards and semantic models in Power BI (including DAX) and working with cloud-based data platforms (preferably Databricks).
