DFT Engineer

Join NVIDIA’s Design-for-Test (DFT) team in Bengaluru to design, verify, and post-silicon validate DFT architectures for memory BIST and related circuits (JTAG, IO BIST, ATPG). You’ll develop robust test plans at unit and SOC/full-chip levels using UVM and NVIDIA tools, automate flows, and collaborate with design and QA to improve test coverage and software quality.
