•4+ years using data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS) and statistical software (e.g., R).
•4+ years investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).
•Experience using research and intelligence analytic techniques, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) data techniques.
•Ability to balance safeguarding customer privacy with enforcement measures, avoiding overreach and collateral impact.
