Key Responsibilities

•Lead talent development and growth across the Account Executive team; ensure plans to grow the book of business.
•Monitor client satisfaction and manage the client service cycle, including renewal processes.
•Recruit Account Executives and manage the talent pipeline for the assigned area.
•Coordinate with leadership to assign AEs to clients and drive new business growth.
•Educate and train Account Executives on client management, risk management, insurer interface, and Aon resources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of insurance experience with managerial ability.
•Strong project and account team management experience with negotiation skills.

•Broker License CPCU, CIC or ARM preferred.
