Job Summary

Lead the GTM AI Engineering team to design, deploy, and optimize AI automations and intelligent agents that augment Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Drive technical architecture, ensure CRM integration and security, and oversee end-to-end delivery from PoC to global rollout, partnering with Revenue Operations and IT/Security.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps for automation and agent deployment.
•Lead the build-out and configuration of AI agents and automations to handle repetitive GTM tasks (e.g., lead scoring, personalized outreach, contract analysis).
•Ensure AI implementations are scalable, secure, and integrated deeply into the CRM and RevOps stack.
•Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering rapid experimentation and high-quality deployment.
•Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from PoC to global GTM deployment and hand over to Revenue Operations for ongoing running and maintenance

Key Requirements

•5+ years in management of technical teams focused on automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology
•Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents in a business context
•Deep understanding of GTM workflows and CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
•Ability to translate strategic blueprints into functional technical architectures
•Consulting background is a strong plus (optional)
