Originate residential mortgage loans by building relationships with realtors, builders, major employers, and community partners. Interview and communicate with borrowers to match them to suitable loan programs, guide them through applications using Blend and Encompass, and ensure documentation is ready for underwriting. Price and lock interest rates, monitor lock expirations, support the loan process, and connect clients with other bank departments for additional products.

Key Responsibilities

•Solicit residential mortgages through relationships with realtors, builders, major employers, and community involvement.
•Communicate and interview borrowers to determine suitable programs based on income, assets, and credit profile.
•Assist borrowers with the mortgage application process using Blend and Encompass.
•Upload and manage borrower documentation for submittal to underwriting; support operations as needed during the loan process.
•Price and lock interest rates, monitor lock expiration dates, and network to build ongoing relationships with community partners.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education required.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of working experience preferred.
•3+ years of sales experience, originating real estate mortgage loans preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
•Proven networking and relationship-building skills.
