Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer service as per M&S Way and ensure customers are comfortable, welcome, and courteously served.
  • •Achieve sales by offering product information, styling methods, and recommended outfit solutions.
  • •Handle merchandise according to seasonal guidelines/planograms, ensure efficient replenishment, and minimize loss of sales opportunities.
  • •Administer accurate stock movements, delivery checks, stock transfers, and complete administrative documents; report stock shortages.
  • •Operate the till with correct procedures for cash and credit cards, follow health and safety regulations, and help prevent pilferage and stock loss.
