  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts, stock takes, and stock reconciliations.
  • •Develop and manage warehouse layout, stock locations, and labelling systems to maximise efficiency and traceability.
  • •Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor stock levels, support forecasting, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • •Coordinate packaging and dispatch activities and work with Quality on incoming inspections, quarantined stock, and outgoing goods checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Stores Manager, or similar inventory management role.
  • •Valid forklift licence/certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysing inventory data and producing reports.
  • •Experience using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams.
