Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact at the Vehicle Testing Center, greeting customers and handling inquiries related to vehicle testing, registration, and inspections. Guide customers through the required process and documentation, coordinate front-desk operations, and keep the reception area clean and organized. Ensure all interactions comply with RTA regulations and company customer service standards, while driving KPI performance for Mystery Shopper visits.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers professionally and assist with inquiries related to vehicle testing, registration, and inspection services.
•Guide customers through the process and ensure they have the required documents.
•Manage front-desk operations and support the testing process through accurate coordination and communication.
•Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
•Follow RTA regulations, company policies, and customer service standards at all times, and achieve the Mystery Shopper KPI.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate (or equivalent).
•Greet customers professionally and assist with inquiries about vehicle testing, registration, and inspection services.
•Guide customers through the required process and ensure they have the required documents.
•Maintain a clean, organized reception area in line with company standards.
