Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end weekly reporting for the LEEP portfolio, building a repeatable cadence stakeholders can rely on
  • •Translate updates into clear briefings for executives and individual contributors, assessing what must be communicated each week
  • •Collect, refine, and align weekly reporting with the leadership team to ensure agreement and approvals are in place
  • •Maintain a single source of truth narrative for portfolio status, including what’s on track, at risk, rollout timing, decisions needed, and reprioritization
  • •Evolve reporting formats and leverage AI to enhance deliverables; create feedback loops to flag risks and escalations early

Salary: USD 102,000 - 182,710 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing reporting and communications across a portfolio of projects/programs from start to finish in a technical or engineering-adjacent environment
  • •Strong communications skills, able to craft diverse messaging across mediums like email, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and video
  • •Highly adept with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint and MS Teams/SharePoint, with working proficiency in Jira and Confluence (and ability to learn Airtable)
  • •Experience building narratives from data and communicating status, risks, decisions, and reprioritizations to stakeholders
  • •Emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive information
