Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform program reviews by planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on projects across contract types, sizes, complexities, and risk levels.
  • •Support sales and bid management by assessing new opportunities and qualifying ROI through scenario analysis; ensure bid gate 0-3 financial processes are followed.
  • •Deliver program financials within contractual baselines by preparing and maintaining initial budgets, validating changes, and tracking assumptions and variances.
  • •Forecast monthly and multi-year budgets (MYB), including revenue and gross margin, and ensure program costs are recorded, reconciled, and analyzed.
  • •Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, and Accounts Receivable to account for revenue components (billing, credit, rebate) and support audits with full documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 4+ years, or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Financial analysis and financial modeling experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • •Prior bid and/or program finance experience, including revenue and cost recognition/deferral principles and financial statements.
  • •Risk assessment, risk management, and mitigation experience for P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • •Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP or Primavera) and strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and Access.
