Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Identity Lifecycle core services for authenticating entities (humans and machines) with stateless scalability and real-time session revocation.
  • •Define fine-grained authorization models across multi-tenant organizations and locations.
  • •Own internal SDKs, gRPC contracts, and middleware enabling 150+ downstream engineers to integrate security features without cryptography expertise.
  • •Manage infrastructure enabling federated identity (SSO), automated provisioning (SCIM), and secure machine-to-machine (M2M) communication.
  • •Improve observability and operational excellence by integrating monitoring and load-testing protocols for Tier-1 services.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems in Go.
  • •Deep understanding of AuthN/AuthZ primitives (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT).
  • •System design experience with data migrations and gRPC-based microservices.
  • •Excellent written communication; ability to produce Technical Design Documents bridging India and US stakeholders.
  • •Experience building a distributed, regionally-focused hub and collaborating across time zones.
