Compliance Analyst

Support the London Compliance team in an FCA-regulated environment by delivering compliance monitoring, thematic and desk-based reviews, and compliance checks. Analyse compliance data and MI to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating issues as needed. Provide day-to-day guidance, support KYC onboarding and ongoing due diligence, assist with AML/financial crime controls (including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring), and help prepare regulatory submissions and compliance reports.
