•Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions via the app and ATMs.
•Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners for customers with more complex needs.
•Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments, following all policies and procedures including cash handling and applicable regulations.

Key Requirements

•High school degree or GED required, with ability to meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

•Ability to ask questions, identify customer needs, and improve customer relationships.
•Proven success recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
•Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals and an aptitude to problem-solve customer issues.
