Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hourly team members in a work cell/area to fulfill order rates and produce quality products safely and timely following standard work.
  • •Complete timely and accurate control board updates and review prior shift/day production-tracking documents to address misses and issues.
  • •Coordinate and provide training to new employees; lead tier-one meetings and floor check production start-up.
  • •Oversee shift change coordination and ensure smooth transition of workflow and assignments between shifts with effective communication.
  • •Drive lean production projects and continuous improvement (including preventive actions and regular 6S events) and lead direction for change and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years manufacturing experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).
  • •Associate degree is preferred; transformer assembly and lean leadership experience are preferred.
