Job Summary

Provide Earned Value (EVMS) analysis and reporting support for Military Engines programs. Coordinate EVMS flow-down and monthly subcontractor EVMS data integration, perform budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis, and guide subcontractor teams in adherence to EVMS guidelines. Support Cost and Schedule Reviews, Estimate-At-Completion updates, and risk management practices, and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews and compliance audits (e.g., DCAA/DCMA).

Key Responsibilities

•Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools/processes by guiding subcontractor program teams on flow-down and task analysis.
•Coordinate and integrate monthly subcontractor EVMS data to support reporting for F135 and Military Development Programs.
•Provide EVMS adherence guidance and support Cost and Schedule Reviews, including Estimate-At-Completion accuracy, variance analysis, and risk management.
•Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Reviews), including follow-up on internal/external data requests.
•Prepare for and support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), including participating in IBR CAM interviews for subcontractors and Pratt & Whitney.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.
•U.S. citizenship is required for access to restricted systems/tools under the program/contract.
•Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
•Earned Value Management experience and analytical problem-solving skills; knowledge of SAP or Primavera is preferred.
