Key Responsibilities

  • •Own IWPB’s global fraud strategy and associated fraud-specific strategies across key risk areas of card, payment and digital fraud.
  • •Advise product teams on fraud strategy application for risk ownership, control design, and product development.
  • •Ensure new business and services have fraud controls balancing customer experience with fraud mitigation.
  • •Assess the effective application of fraud strategy by market and global control owners.
  • •Conduct horizon scanning, emerging threat assessment, peer benchmarking, and best-practice identification to inform control recommendations.
