Key Responsibilities

•Support and take responsibility for town planning or consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs etc).
•Provide technical advice to clients and manage their consenting requirements, aligning with client expectations and needs.
•Coordinate preparation and submission of consent applications under Town and Country Planning Acts, Planning Act 2008 or other regimes.
•Negotiate with statutory bodies and stakeholders on behalf of clients.
•Engage with cross-disciplinary teams, supervise others, and contribute to project delivery and team development.

Key Requirements

•Degree level qualification in town planning (or equivalent).
•Member of (or eligible for) the RTPI.

•Ability to coordinate preparation and submission of consent applications under Town and Country Planning Acts, Planning Act 2008 or other regimes.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiations with statutory bodies.
