Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation facilities.
  • •Develop design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep/shallow foundations.
  • •Coordinate structural deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to meet project and client standards.
  • •Oversee construction document preparation (specifications and calculations) to ensure quality, code compliance, and technical excellence.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and designers, respond to client/contractor technical questions, and support proposal writing and conceptual structural design.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in building structures design and analysis (or equivalent).
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • •Experience delivering structural design for data centers, mission critical, or large-scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • •Proficiency with BIM and structural analysis tools such as Revit (BIM ACC), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, and Safe.
  • •Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems, including sustainable/low embodied carbon structural approaches.
