Job Summary

Lead a dual charter that both integrates and expands relationships for a newly acquired indirect dealer floorplan portfolio and provides regional leadership to a team of Dealer Development Representatives. Drive dealer-facing go-to-market execution across 200+ dealer groups, ensure consistent indirect product positioning, coach and manage performance, monitor coverage and market penetration, and partner with HR while managing the regional sales budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact and strategic liaison for the indirect dealer floorplan portfolio, driving outreach and expansion for the indirect product suite.
•Partner with local Dealer Development Representatives on coordinated go-to-market execution and act as the connective tissue between Commercial Floorplan and Indirect Sales.
•Educate dealers on relationship value beyond floorplan and identify opportunities for alignment, cross-sell, and experience improvements.
•Directly manage 3–5 DDRs, provide daily coaching and performance management, and indirectly influence 10–12 additional DDRs.
•Monitor DDR goals and market penetration, partner with HR on recruiting and development, and manage the sales budget and expenses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 2 years managing a sales team.
•Minimum 3 years in indirect lending or dealer development.
•Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
