Key Responsibilities

•Support Agile delivery across squads/initiatives, helping teams plan and execute against agreed milestones.
•Facilitate core Agile ceremonies as needed and promote continuous improvement.
•Maintain and coordinate portfolio delivery artifacts (integrated plans, RAID logs, decisions, and status reporting) and manage cross-team dependencies.
•Produce concise updates for senior stakeholders and support governance routines such as SteerCo and delivery reviews.
•Promote delivery hygiene, support release/cutover readiness (including cutover planning and operational handover checkpoints), and ensure alignment with control and risk practices.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting Agile delivery in a technology environment (Agile/Scrum/Kanban fundamentals).
•Strong coordination skills managing actions, dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
•Clear written communication and confident stakeholder engagement.
•Proficiency with delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence (or similar tracking/reporting tools).
•Familiarity with financial management processes and controls, including planning/forecasting and cost tracking.
