Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of MoveOn’s vision, strategic direction, and operating model, translating goals into Operations Department objectives and KPIs.
  • •Direct financial and fiscal strategy: budgeting, reserves, forecasting/analysis, grant management, and income reporting to stakeholders.
  • •Oversee enterprise risk management and legal operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations across entities, including board governance and audits.
  • •Supervise People and organizational development: talent requirements, retention, succession planning, performance management frameworks, and DEIA and workforce well-being initiatives.
  • •Lead a distributed, high-performing Operations Department and represent the organization publicly as needed, reporting to the Executive Director.
