Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for selected business units, supporting business and people priorities.
  • •Provide managers with insight-driven HR guidance and coaching on people, performance, and organizational issues.
  • •Own employee engagement programming and translate engagement survey insights into action with leader partnerships.
  • •Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, engagement surveys, development planning, and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead employee lifecycle transaction management, audit employee data for accuracy/compliance, and maintain organizational charts, headcount reports, and HR analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • •Solid proficiency with HR systems, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • •Experience in HR operations, employee support, or talent development/facilitation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Exceptional systems and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
