Key Responsibilities

•Overall responsibility for the day to day management of the Certification/Completions Team.
•Responsible for the management and Administration of relevant software systems.
•Providing training, guidance and mentorship to team on all aspects of completing work in line with Wood and client procedures.
•Accountable for the administration of the Completions and Commissioning Certification systems for Commissioning use, including ensuring quality of information and accuracy.
•Ensures that Certification/Completions Scopes within LOSH are understood and communicated before starting work.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience (typically a minimum of 8 years) in a certification and/or completions role, including experience supervising and leading teams.
•Ability to read relevant drawings e.g., P&ID’s, SLD’s, GA's, with excellent understanding of LOSH, and ability to teach others.
•Expert knowledge of the certification and completions processes and associated software.
•Experienced in the production of procedures and reports.
•Experienced in the supervision/training of personnel and team working.
