Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, evolve, and maintain design standards for interior construction, finishes, lighting, environmental graphics, materials, and furniture; review drawings and specs to ensure coordination within design documents.
  • •Design and execute exterior signage and trade dress concepts; review engineer drawings, control drawings, and prototypes, and manage vendors for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Develop décor, signage, and environmental playbooks/architectural guidelines across tiered budget alternatives; review budgets, materials, and value engineering to align standards with branch business cases.
  • •Manage multiple projects daily and communicate with project teams and suppliers across schedules, scopes of work, contracts, invoicing, renderings, prototypes, and samples.
  • •Perform site visits and inspections, resolve punch list items, evaluate finished/prototype designs for learnings, and apply value engineering while ensuring brand consistency and compliance (including ADA and zoning/landlord/municipality requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or retail design with a portfolio of interior architecture or interior design accomplishments.
  • •Interpret construction documents (architectural, structural, finish plans, lighting) and apply a critical eye to design challenges and opportunities.
  • •Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office to develop and present design concepts (drawings, elevations, renderings).
  • •Strong influencing, negotiating, and presentation skills, with thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • •Lead and manage multiple complex, overlapping design projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
